Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 393(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 393(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 393(JUD) am?"
